The day is cloudy rainy and cool . We're off to an area we visited four days ago to try an Indian Michelin star restaurant. We're get better using the underground and the buses ,we even know their numbers and colours.
The name. Of this restaurant is Amaya,It a stylish place .When we walk in it smiling faces that greet you and it become a service that encourages a relaxed feeling . Here you can order off the menu or three dishes or five dishes we choose the five. The first thing to arrive at the table are the condiments ,a slightly spiced plum source ,same with the tomatoe ,a peanut dry power and a dry Chilly and spices, they called this the chutney tray. Our first course was Crispy Cabbage and noodle salad ,very similar to Shirley's.our second course was a two prong dish which was Black pepper Chicken Tikka and Tandori Ocean prawns, these were to die for ,the flavour was sensational.our third course was the Smoked chilliLamd Chops ,wok spinach and Naan ,was tender just the right amount of chilli but, for me a little over ,I like mine a little pink. Our fourth course was the Dinga Chicken Biryani Bondi Raita with pomegranates.this is one of the dishes I would like to know how to cook ,looks simple but tastes great. The last course was the dessert Anoori Gulab with Vanilla Ice Cream. If you ever have this opportunity please try this restaurant as it again worth your time.
After lunch it off the the largest oldest Museum in the world, the English Museum. It contains items from a s far back as men start collecting ancient things to the modern era. The Rosetta Stone which written 196BCc, King Ramesses the 2nd bust, statues of the Human headed winged Bull and a Medival Chess set.The amount of people there was amazing ,it made it very humid and hard to get good pics.
We're off to Bath tomorrow so it's goodbye til then
