Today our tour takes us to three major stop and few just to take photos . The first is a small port which has become famous because it was used in the filming of Game of Thrones, the place where Arya learn about the people with changing face.
The next time we stop is for a beautiful shot from a cliff face back across catching the waves smashing into the cliff, each time the wave hits it is like a massive explosion.
We drive for a while and finally up come our second major spot ,the Giants Causeway At first sight it not that spectacular ,but we are 1000ft above what we looking for,we walk down the goat track to the bottom and now and only now we see why this site is heritage listed. This out crop of pentagon rock wall standing 10 mitres high and running 100 mitre from the shore to water, each pentagon joined to another makes this very special. This causeway is 50-60 million year old.
Londonderry is our next major stop ,hear we learn about the worst day in modern Ireland history. A man of 66 years of age Noel was his name and he was 17 when this took place, walk us around a part Of Londonderry giving us the verbal picture of the events of Sunday Bloody Sunday. The Sunday morning when the British parra trouper ambush a civil rights march bashing and shooting men and boy . The surrounded then then open fire ,even when the young boys waved the white handy it ment nothing to the parra troupers they shot to kill anyway.
To understand this terrible day go to google ,type in Sunday Bloody Sunday history and judge for yourself.
It was a very somber feeling on the bus , and the time past quickly as our minds sorted through the information,we are now at Donegal
so anther day comes to an end
look after yourselves
