Today was a slow start ,our legs are tight and the footy was on at 11:50 am .when this was over we made our way to the Jewish Quarter to see the oldest working synagogue in all of Europe. The streets around it were like Rodeo Drive, for the rich and famous ,there was nothing there that I could afford. The photo is one of Prague most notable writers,Franz Kafka
From here we move a little further west to go see the illusion Museum , this was a very exciting, total different experience. Looking at thing that looked like rubbish, to look again and see something totally different . This is illusionary art . So many art forms plays tricks with your eyes and mind.
That done , a new area calls for a raising of the glass , not only to cool us down but to rest our tiring legs . I've say it before but the architecture is amazing ,and when I was waiting for Shirley I spoke to the owner of a jewellery shop and he told me that during the 2nd world war no bombs fell on Prague as Hilter loved Prague and never wanted it damage,so that is part of the reason for the way the town is today.
We are going for pizza tonight at our Italian restaurant then early night and a late wake up ,rest day.
Love Shirley and John
