Hi again we're in Austria we arrived here around 8:30pm yesterday.Will be here until Thursday then it's off to Switzland we going to see Daniel and Familv.

Today Shirley and I go in different direction,. I am going on the sound of music tour Shirley a long sleep in and then to the Merribell Gardens. The tour leaves a 9:00 and will last 4hrs . The first thing we see is the bridge where the children and Maria dressed in their new curtain material clothes ,singing a "few of my favourite things ", then it's onward to the abbey where the nuns sing Climb every mountain and how do you solve a problem like Maria.

The bus travel onward towards the lake seen where the kids are in the boat theCaptains calls out ,they all stand up and fall out.,in the background one of the houses used as the captain house in the movie.Back on the bus and now the fun for me begins we on the bus sing along with climb every Mountain ,and the bus choir were pretty good..

We continued to sing from there on til by the end we had sung every song in the movie . We went to see all the parts of Salzburg used in the movie and there were 24 of them , I was in my element remembering the scenes and sing the songs of probably the best musical ever produce . It brought back memories of Sandra Ben Sue and I singing those songs.The last stop and the end of the tour was the gardens where the scene of the the doe ray me,was shot,which by the way was shot over a dozen time. Memories are funny we all see them differently and in some parts of this tour a tear still appeared knowing Sandra would have loved this tour.

I really enjoyed my music adventure and if like me you enjoyed this movie I recommend if in Salzburg you to take this tour .So it early morning here ,sleep is still avoiding me but I at least I have my blog to keep me company
