I arrived in Bangkok last night at midnight. It feels so great to finally be here! I stayed at the swanky Novotel Airport Hotel because I got in late and could just walk there from the terminal. The time change is crazy. I had trouble falling asleep as it was 11am Calgary time. I was able to get a few hours of sleep. In the morning I had the buffet which had yummy fruit and a lot of noodles an stuff. Then I went for a swim in the beautiful outdoor pool. It rained this morning. I hope the weather clears up for scuba diving tomorrow. I have a flight to Phuket today at noon.
