We spent much of this afternoon, walking around the Australia Museum and were pleasantly surprised to find out that we weren't bored at all. Well, it's all over now for another year, but this Christmas will definitely be one to remember, as it has been our first in 30 degree heat!!! Today we had a break from the city and headed north to Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park for a day of fresh air and maybe even some sand and sea. Today we went across to Taronga zoo, and even the journey there was amazing! We left circular quay early in the morning and as the ferry left the harbour behind, we passed right alongside the opera house and then out towards some of the nicest houses and apartments in the area that faced directly onto the waterfront.
