What a day! We got off to an early start and caught the underground to the Tower of London. The place was amazing! We went on a tour guided by a Beefeater and learned some of the history before we headed over to see the crown jewels. Caught a glimpse of the biggest diamond in the world and all the other amazing artifacts like royal crowns, armor and a bunch of stuff made of gold (they even have a solid gold punch bowl big enough to sit in!). Then we headed west and saw Big Ben, House of Parliament, London Eye and Trafalgar Square before going to an evensong service at Westminster Abbey. London is incredible, everywhere you walk there's beautiful old buildings and sculptures. I wish everyone could come see it for themselves!
