Ok, so i'm getting confused as to what we did when and feel like i'm leaving loads of stuff out but i'll try to get as much down here that i can.... We had a free day on Thu in Alice Springs which is when i was blogging etc last... I tried to upload most of my photos but i just ran out of time so am trying again today.. We went around the town, which was bigger than i had expected and then we went back to our lodge for lunch. We sunbathed by the pool in the afternoon as it was soo hot! I think poss early 40's and it wasn't too humid so was really nice. We went out for a meal at a funky backpackers on that evening called Annie's and decided to have an early night so we all headed back and a load of people just came and chilled in our room watchin a film.... The next day we were flying to Cairns but Connections had added some things to our iteinerary as extras in the morning which was fab! We went to some hidden gems as chappie called them and they were AMAZING! We were proper rock climing and it was pretty tough at times but it was sooo worth it as the views were spectacular!! It was VERY hot though to be trekking in the late morning heat! We then got our flight to Cairns and we're currently in Hides Hotel which is a really nice place. Slightly different to the tents we've grown used to with four single beds in a room and a massive bathroom!!!! Wooo! We're going to be doing loads more stuff this afternoon so will update you again soon.... Going to try and get some more photos on here!!
