Another long drive and we left Coober Pedy early. Not much along the road but we stopped in at Lake Hart for lunch. Arrived in Woomera early afternoon and walked into town. Jarrod and I really enjoyed Woomera on our last visit. The town has a real defence base feel and the old rockets are fascinating. Tully loved running around the park standing up against them. On our last visit Jarrod and I went to the Eldo Hotel and often talk about the great chicken Parma. So we couldn't stay here without heading back there for dinner. The hotel has a great view out over the prohibited area but of
course everything goes on just out of sight. We had a great meal before heading back to camp to enjoy a night in with TV reception. Something that is now a luxury! Closer into Adelaide tomorrow, aiming for Crystal Brook.
