Leaving Burra early we were happy to reach Orroroo for coffee and scones. Last stopped here with Bev and Haydn on our Oodnadatta trip and we were pleased that it was as good as we remembered. On from there to Port Augusta to stock up the cupboards and for Tully to get his last Macca's fix for a while. Were a bit undecided where to stop today but had read about a great camp ground near Iron Knob. Nuttbush Station turned out to be perfect. A little patch of grass at a 200,000 acre working sheep station. Had we been here a week ago we would have witnessed the shearing of 15,000 sheep. Met another travelling family and Tully was excited to see some other young kids! Feel like we are finally a bit remote now and loving getting our feet in the red dirt and the quiet open spaces. Streaky Bay tomorrow.
