Hey all!

My last day in Florida was just as fun as the first. I went to Universal studios, but I don't think the rides were as good as Islands of Adventure. Except the Mummy ride, it was an indoor rollercoaster and at one point you went backwards, so much fun! They kept trying to sell me an upgrade on my ticket to a Halloween night that night. It started at 6 until midnight and was for over 21 only, so that tells you how scary it is. Like hell am i going to walk around a theme park by myself while people dressed up as horror characters jump out at me!

Instead, I went to a Pirates dinner adventure. It was actually pretty decent, but it was delayed starting because the thunderstorm caused a power cut. So we're all sat at these tables around a ship with only candles, quite funny when you think about it. The girl next to me turned out to be from Manchester, she's about my age and with her family, so we had a good chat while we were in the dark.

The food was alright, but they had this interactive show on while we were eating. I got another souvenir cup with my drink, thats the problem with Orlando, you end up with all these souvenir things, and now my bag is heavier!

I thought I would come down to Fort Lauderdale and have 3 days laying on the beach and doing nothing. The weather is letting me though. Its cast over at the minute and there's supposed to be thunderstorms right up the coast. If it keeps it up, I'm just going to head in land a day later and see about coming out to the coast next week. There's not really much to do here other than the beach or boat things (which you don't want to do in a thunderstorm).
