yes I made it across the border! You know it was more difficult to get into Canada than the usa! In the states he asked me how long I was staying for, I said 70 days, he told me to have a nice trip. At the Canadian border they quizzed me in who I knew in Canada, the purpose of my trip, did I have a place to stay etc. Then I had to talk to someone else and have my passport stamped! Maybe I had that I want to live in Canada so i'll sneakin illegally face:)
Vancouver lovely, I' m gutted I don't have more time here. I got on yesterday afternoon and leave tomorrow morning, so only one full day.
My friend took me around yesterday, it was nice to be driven around after all the walking I've been doing. We went to stanley park, which is a massive park on the edge of the downtown area. We then drove up the mountain towards the ski area, which gave an amazing view of Vancouver! I'm so jealous they have a ski resort on their doorstep! In the city and then drive 5 minutes to ski! We then went tow suspension bridge and cliff walk thing. It's just these platforms attached to the side of the cliff. It's no scary at all having a massive drop below your feet! The suspension bridge is scarier than the one by the giants causeway. Luckily there weren't too many people there making it wobble! I'm clumsy on solid ground, nevermind shaking planks of wood over a valley!
Anyway I'm going to have a quick walk aroud today, see as much as I can! So this blog has to be short and sweet!
Love lots xXx
