Athens again! Another relaxing four hour voyage to Zea Marina, in Piraeus.
The Hickey's and Nelson's race off to see museums, JB and Therese treat themselves to a hairdo, while Jack goes with MB to pick up his new hand made Italian shirts, Wow!!
At 6.30 pm we have our pirate party. It is finally captain Paul's turn to dress as captain Jack Sparrow and he excels in the role. Everyone gets in the spirit with dressing up, rum punch and Irish music, a bit like a 'horn pipe'.
Our last dinner together is at the Local 'Giros' or souvlaki / kebab restaurant, where MB takes along his sneaky French red wine.
Paul gives MB the bad news. Black Pearl has been impounded by the Greek Maritime Authority, as they claim the boat's papers are not in order. Unfortunately, it is the weekend and nothing can be achieved until Monday.
As the crew needs a break, we stay at the 'George Lycabattus Hotel', then we return to Syracuse in Sicily for five days.
