Took a long boat ride over to the island of Ko Lanta. As soon as we stepped off the boat, we were bombarded by 20 odd thai's trying to take us to their hotel. This still didnt stop while we were eating lunch by the pier. Our plan was to get a taxi and have a look for accommodation, however, there were no taxis so we had to go to with one of the hotels.

We were taken to a nice hotel on the beach front with a swimming pool (sounds nicer than it actually was). We found that the island was expensive and quiet and all resorts were a bit out of the way from one another so were confined to your hotel the whole time.

Most exciting part of this week was the thunder storm. And thats about it for here!
