So I jsut wrote a massively long blog and all that had been written was completely deleted. So here I go again. It's not going to be as accurate so I do apologise.

From Amsterdam I travelled to Cologne (Koln), Hamburg and Berlin, all for three nights each. We stayed in a 70's style apartment in Cologne. I visted the extremely large cathedral which was great and have good photos to share. The rest of time I spent exploring the Christmas markets and shopping district. I would say that it wasnt a great city but still glad I was able to experience it.

Hamburg was amazing. It was an extremely large city so I didn't have anough tiem to explore. I started off on a city bus tour where I could hop on and off. We finally had Schnitzel in a German Restaurant (two nights in a row). The miniature train museum was spectacular. I spent hours in there. Mum, you would have loved it. I tried to buy a train set but tehre was no way that it was going to fit in my overflowing suitcase.

So the next stop was Berlin... so the Contiki adventures begin...
