Another early start today with a 5 hour flight to Lima. The plane was great it was really new so we had a bit of akip with all the luxury?s of on demand video We arrived to a rather warm Lima - 18 degree?s which was nice after a chilly Buenos Aires. We headed out for lunch to a nice local restuarant Neen has gorgeous mussels peruvian style. We both had a siesta and then Euge headed off to the airport to meet up with his mum.

Today the 30th we headed off into Lima city to have a look around. The central part of Lima is very beautiful with some very old colonial buildings. We visited the main cathedral which was pretty and then we headed off to an old nunnery where we were served pour lunch by missionary french nuns. Very strange. Our tour offically started tonight we are a group of 13 heading off to walk up Machu Pichu. A mix of people from around the world as usual - Jacqui & Jonathan from the UK, Nick & Kali and their sons Frey & Crispin from the UK, Melanie & Robert from the USA and Yolande & Joan from Canada.  We headed off down to the beach for our dinner as a group
