We headed off on our ferry today to the North Island. The crossing was a little bit rougher than coming over but can't complain. We then headed off into Wellington to do some sightseeing - we went to the Te papu musuem which is kind of like the Natural history musuem in london lots of different things to look at The headed out along the waterfront and up to the Mt Victoria lookout over the city - it was very beautiful and both Euge and I think it looks very similar to Cape Town. Then we headed north a few hundred km's and stayed in Wanganui. we thought it would be a small little place but was quite big compared to what we had seen in the South island. That night we both had a stonegrill dinner - basically they give you a chunk of meat or seafood on a stone that has been heated up and you cook your dinner!!! It was beautiful - mmmmmm
