The last few days we've been at Exmouth. We have looked at all the beaches around the Cape and some even had waves. We also saw an old ship wreck and an old lighthouse. We also saw some American Naval communications towers. They were so tall, taller than the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower!! The next day we got to go out on a huge, beautiful boat and we went swimming with a whale shark. It wasn't until late in the afternoon when the whale shark was spotted so in the morning we had a snorkel on a good reef and we saw lots of little fish, three stingrays, coral and two white tip reef sharks. We saw lots of humpback whales jumping close to the boat. We even saw some baby ones. We also saw lots of massive turtles eating jellyfish. When we got to the whale shark we had to quickly get ready and jump off the marlin board at the back of the massive, moving boat. We had to swim really fast with the whale shark against the current, chop and wind and you couldn't see the bottom! It was very exciting! The whale shark was only six metres long but it was still big. They can get up to 18 metres long! They are amazing animals.
