We left Laurieton and we were very excited to be going home. We stopped and took a photo at the sign out of Scone. When we went down our driveway Nanette and Poppy had a welcome home banner made out of toilet paper. It was fun to see everything and everyone. Our dog Charlie was SO excited.

We have spent the last few days at Nana and Poppy's house. We went to the beach and had a surf. I stood up on the board first try. We also went and saw the new movie Oddball. It was funny. I liked spending our last few days there with nana and poppy.

After swan hill we went to Echuca. We went on a walk and saw some paddle steamers. After the walk we had lunch and had the best burger ever. That night we free camped near Alubry on the Murray river and had a fire for the last time.

We had been looking so forward to coming to Swan Hill to see Bens Aunty Sandra so when we arrived there were huge hugs and lots of conversations and laughs to be had! It was lovely to meet Aunty Sandra's partner "Licky" and her niece Katie who was a flower girl when Ben was a page boy many years ago. We had a delicious roast lamb dinner and pavlova dessert and it was fantastic to catch up. The next morning we went along to the pioneer settlement with Aunty Sandra...
