Hi everyone, trust all are well Once leaving Katherine, we started heading west, passing through towns such as Victoria River (pretty spot, great Roadhouse) and Timber Creek (Hmmm....not so pretty stop, we stayed just down the road at a free camp and weren't game to come back into town to watch the State of Origin) Although these towns are 'on the map' they are not much more the a roadhouse, where you can stop, rest and refuel. After spending a few days at Adelaide River checking out some of the major attractions and making some new friends, we decided to continue our journey towards Western Australia, with the next stop being Katherine, via an overnight stop at Edith Falls. Upon leaving Litchfield National Park with a few tears (having to say goodbye to Kerry, Terry, Pam and Darryl) we have decided to return to Darwin to continue to explore what the city has to offer.
