Very naughty Bengy!!!!

After such a long day yesterday, we decided to stay home for the day today. We took Bengy for a long walk along the river and then came back for lunch. About 4 pm we decided to drive down to Fornoli and have a look around. It is only a few minutes away by car. We got back about an hour later to find that Bengy was very unhappy to have been left at home. He has always been so good, we have left him alone for hours and he has never touched anything....but this time we were only away a short time and he had gone into the kitchen and dragged his dog food bag back into the lounge room and ripped into it!! He has been well fed! He had also dragged Lauri's tshirt and shorts into the lounge! Then we found that he had also been upstairs in our room, had got up on our bed and I think danced on it by the look of it!! Then he had taken our adapter and my sunglasses off the bedside table, and had also taken my thongs! We could not believe it after him being so good all the time! We will have to make sure all the doors are closed from now on.

We went out for dinner at Circolo dei Forestieri which is just up the road. It had been recommended to us, and is in a lovely spot right on the river. We sat out on the terrace overlooking the river which was lovely, but we were very disappointed with the food. Very tasteless and bland, and it was quite expensive. Think we will just go back to del Sonno over the road again next time. Food there has always been wonderful and it is also very reasonably priced.
