After arranging to view Damiens appartment yesterday I got up this morning at 8am and by 9 was viewing the place. It was fantastic, in a great area, and the value for money was awesome. I gave an emphatic yes to the place, however Damien said he had another viewer later in the week and would get back to me. I remain very hopeful!

After visting the appartment it was off to inspire-9 once again, this time to get some work done, catch up on blogging, and if there was time left more house share hunting. Damien had advised me of another route to inspire-9 following the train line from South Yarra to Richmond, and always on the look out for new things to see and different viewing angles I set off.

I snapped plenty of photos along the way, before encountering a street completely filled with old and new Porsches. South Yarra is a very well off suburb of melbourne, but the value of the cars in this street definitely took the buscuit. I started snapping away from car to car, knowing that my auntie is a big fan and so would appreciate the view. After delaying my walk into Richmond and inspire-9 by 3/4 of an hour, I dragged myself away and headed in.

For the rest of the day I intend to catch up with some work and hopefully find more houses to look at incase Damiens place falls through. I am booked up at the Claremont Guest House till Sunday, and I really need to get sorted with somewhere ASAP.
