Ian & Claire's Adventure
24/12/04 Sydney
After much deliberation we decided to have fish for our meal. so went to the famous Sydney Fish Markets to buy our christmas food. The place is huge, lots of choice so we got a big red snapper, some calamari and huge tiger prawns and some nice salad stuff. We had sushi for lunch on the doc and then went back and tucked into a six pack of wine and had a lovely meal (kev cooked).
We woke on Christmas morning to find Kevin had gone out and bought us bacon and bread as Ian said he wanted a bacon butty for breckie as a jeavons family tradition. We opened our pressies, WestbyMum&Dad had given us all peruvian finger puppets, geraldine had brought foie gras and we had bought kev and gerri little musical instruments and kev had bought us lovely handmade smellies hampers and sarah had sent a hamper of goodies chocs and stuff. We cooked coconut and lime stuffed red snapper, abis potatoes and salad, really nice. In the evening we had prawns and dips and all washed down with a lot of booze in many forms. We watched the queen and christmas films. We took baz for a walk down in the park by the water to walk off our food.
