After a cool night by the fire we spent our first night here at Mackintosh Dam which is stunning (see photos). Two of the vans that were here when we arrived left this morning but there are still two others camped with us. It has been absolutely gorgeous weather 90 per cent of the time since we got here. Yesterday we stopped at Wynyard where we intended to stay the night but they asked us to move on because we didnt have a motorhome, apparently caravans are not welcome!! We arrived in Tasmania to fine sunny weather and for the first two days we were wearing shorts and t shirt.
