After driving into Darwin and finding no joy from the caravan parks there because we have a dog, and being told we cannot enter a shire reserve where they have camping, because we have a van with a pop top roof!!!! Today we visited the Litchfield National Park after finding a caravan park that takes dogs and is only just outside the park. We left Sandi at the van and off we went. Today we visited the Katherine Hot Springs. Actually we only had to walk down a path at the back of the caravan park to them. Great spot down deep in amoungst lots of greenery. River close by though that has salty's and freshies in it. The hot springs were not even warm! It was good though as the temperatures up here have been very high and we needed to cool off.
