Still trying to catch up with the last few days of our blog.

We are back and we are glad to see our family, friends and pets but, it is hard to come back to South Florida. It was very different where we were.

We went back to the Daintree Rain Forest and went to a beach where the rain forest and Great Barrier Reef actually meet in the closest spot. It was low tide and we could see the exposed reef and walked on the coral rocks. The combination of a tropical rainforest and a coral reef is rare. You could see wear the run off or fresh water from the forests meet the coral reef.

We also walked through a rain forest area with exposed mangroves and giant ferns were close to the reef as well.

We went out to dinner at a great restaurant "The Raw Prawn" (name means a raw deal, in Aussie lingo). It was incredible! The best seafood dinner ever. Thanks Sabrina, this dinner was her choice.
