Alarm at 5.30 breakfast at 6 then cycling at 7. Covered 50 miles seemed a lot easier today not so hot. Very dusty tracks got so dirty met lots of kids on the way. Really enjoyed it. Sadly there is so much rubbish on the streets. Had a 2 hour transfer to the hotel stopped on the way at a market where they were selling all sorts of things including tarantulas crickets and cockroaches to eat yuk ! Up at 5.40 breakfast at 6 on the bus for 7. Went to Cai Rang on a boat trip to see the floating markets. Can’t believe how they live over here! But all the kids seem happy. Covered 42 miles on bike ride. It was hard. One guy got heat stroke and 4 took the bus as so exhausted! I managed to do it but so emotional getting through it but such an achievement we did. Long bike ride today in the really hot heat around 40 degrees and 51 miles covered.found it really hard. Got to hotel about 4.30pm so exhausted had a rest then went down for dinner at seven. A short walk to the restaurant had dinner then straight back to bed. So tired !

Arrived in Vietnam around midday their time got a coach from the airport straight to pick up bikes. Had our daddies put on then they loaded them onto a van ready for the next day.
