Up at 5.40 breakfast at 6 on the bus for 7. Went to Cai Rang on a boat trip to see the floating markets. Can’t believe how they live over here! But all the kids seem happy. Covered 42 miles on bike ride. It was hard. One guy got heat stroke and 4 took the bus as so exhausted! I managed to do it but so emotional getting through it but such an achievement we did. Got the bus at 4pm for a 2 hour transfer to hotel. The set up is so good. Regular food stops food sorted and so well organised. Got to the hotel at 6.30 quick shower then down for dinner. Went to bed at 9.30pm so so tired but so glad we did it.
