Alarm at 5.30 breakfast at 6 then cycling at 7. Covered 50 miles seemed a lot easier today not so hot. Very dusty tracks got so dirty met lots of kids on the way. Really enjoyed it. Sadly there is so much rubbish on the streets. Had a 2 hour transfer to the hotel stopped on the way at a market where they were selling all sorts of things including tarantulas crickets and cockroaches to eat yuk ! There were children with baskets of tarantulas letting you hold them for a dollar. The had taken the fangs off them so couldn’t bite. Got to the hotel at 7pm quick shower then on the bus at 8pm to head to the restaurant. Had dinner then back to hotel by 9.30 every one tired but enjoyed the day. The hotel was very basic but comfortable
