Up early and onto the boat for 9.30 we were there all day on and off getting last bits done and ready for the race
Had a team meeting talking about the race and the plan also we are sticking to the same watches and times so we are 7-11
Also had a meeting for all the crews. The next race should take 14 days and could be a hard beat into the wind
We will get a good reception as we are arriving in qingdao and our boat is sponsored by them
Finished on the boat at 5.30 then went for a couple of beers with Steve
Met up with Sean (telemed) Dana and Tino(Seattle ) huw(skipper of Seattle) and Dan (skipper of Derry) for dinner. Went to a lovely Italian restaurant made the most of the meal and wine as boat food from tomorrow and no drink !
