Woke up at 7.30: had a 3 in 1 coffee ! Milk coffee sugar!! It's hard buying normal coffee here and Vietnam coffee is really strong with condensed milk ! Yuk!!
Went to hire a moped with Jen and Gareth then went to Hoi An.
Took around 45 mins to get there, wandering around drinks food etc lovely chilled day. Bumped into lots of other clipper crew which involved having drinks with them and catching up it was good to hear all their stories about their experiences on the race.
When the sun went down there were lanterns lit to send along on the river. A tradition they do here every month and it was a full moon
Hoi an is an ancient city dating back to 15ty century. We also went over the bridge that the Japanese built : some amazing sites. Biked home back about 10pm had a drink with sophie found out she is 2 doors down from our house.
