Got up at 7.30 left at 8am to go jet skiing.
It's was a brilliant day, I drove half way then Carl the other we shared a jet ski. Jenn and Lucie were on one and Steve and Wendi. It was called two island safari saw south Mollie and daydream islands. Stopped and saw lots of marine fish in a large outdoor living reef like a gaint garden pond but with sting rays, sharks fish and corals lovely watching them.
Amazing trip and went flat out few times : me and Carl were the fastest.
Met some of the crew at lunch time and had a chat. Interesting picking up on the atmosphere of the boat. Think they are all feeling a little flat as not doing so well in the race.
Andy one of the round the world crew is getting off until Seattle to spend time with his girlfriend and Will the 18 year old is getting off as finding it hard living in such an enclosed space with 18 crew.
This leg 5 me Carl Steve and Linda are getting on. We all have yacht master qualification so between us we will hopefully make the boat go faster! And install some enthusiasm into the crew.
One of my strengths is I am a good people person so good at getting the best out of people and making them feel good about themselves.
So will be interesting to see how we get on! Bit of a challenge lays ahead!
