Hello!! We were only in brussles for a short time before our plane took us to Dublin. We walked through Grand Place (which is the picture that is attached to this blog entry) and had chocolate and waffels!! They were SOOO good! we did a little shopping and went to see the statue of Brussels called Mannekin Pis. It is of a little boy peeing... it was a bit funny. I dont remember the exact story of it but i remember that the little boy peeing is supposed to represent freedom or something like that. It was funny. The city was very cute and had some lovely buildings. We liked it there. After we were done walking around we jumped the bus to Charloi airport which is in the south of brussles, about 40 minutes bus ride from the center. All in all... brussels was good. Hooray for waffels!!!! =)
