Hello!! We were only in brussles for a short time before our plane took us to Dublin. We walked through Grand Place (which is the picture that is attached to this blog entry) and had chocolate and waffels!! They were SOOO good! we did a little shopping and went to see the statue of Brussels called Mannekin Pis. It is of a little boy peeing... it was a bit funny. I dont remember the exact story of it but i remember that the little boy peeing is supposed to represe...

Alright... i am not having much luck with this stupid posting thing... this is the 2nd time i will attempt to post this one... it better work... lol Anyway, Antwerpen was gerat! My moms lovely friends picked us up from the train station and took us all over the place! Chantal was so cute because she was so excited to have us there that she even printed out a paper that had information about various buildings in their town on it so she could give us some history!...

So we made it to Brussels...but unfortunately we were stuck there until morning. Our flight was about an hour late and by the time we made it to the train station we missed the last one to Paris (yea, by less than an hour...stupid plane). SOOOOO along with about 30 other people we slept in this waiting room in the station until morning-metal chairs and cement floor, ouch. it was quite interesting but we made it through thanks to the very helpful skelato...
