Local metrobus and a chicken bus to the Miraflores locks of the Panama Canal. Museum and watched a couple of rather large ships inch their way through the locks with barely a foot to spare. Spotted a rather large croc in the drained river bed as we left. Chicken bus back to Albrook Mall, a proper American style mall to buy Amy some trainers. Bus back to downtown and our hostel. Given the lack of restaurants around, not wanting to walk too far at night, and not fancying a 2nd meal in 2 days at Pio Pio (Panamanian KFC), picked up some ingredients and battled through the hostel kitchen to lay claim to one of the hobs.
