After cooking up some hearty porridge at our hostel, readied ourselves for another long journey. Shared a taxi with a new set of Aussies, then settled down for a 15 hour bus ride, broken up only by a stop for pescado y arroz, another for chow mein, and a rather uneventful and straightforward border crossing (for once). Watched 3 films in Spanish, only one with subtitles - our Spanish must be improving! Arriving in panama city at 3.30am, taxi to hostel where we were ushered to a room marginally bigger than a shoebox, gratefully lay down and fell asleep.
