Ok so I'm sat in the famous tori fugu restaurant in asakusa Tokyo( yes that's them swimming in the tank ) .looking at the menu is a bit overwhelming there is apparently a lot of ways to eat blowfish a hot pot of bones flesh and skin , the ever popular sashimi(raw blowfish) , a tasting menu which is every part of the fish about 8 ways which is out of my budget , I have gone for the fried fugu mainly because after yesterday's raw fish breakfast I don't think I can stomach a whole plate of raw blowfish.also which I passed on but was recommended by the waiter was a side order of blowfish testicles , I no it sounds yummy but sorry don't think I could chew raw testicles for lunch.the fried is delicious so decide to up the danger level and go for the raw fugu . Only here once got to try it.not as good and a bit rubbery but have finished it quick liked it a lot , feel slightly strange like I am a bit stoned very weird.but in a good way
