I got up before everyone so decided to head out on a short run. Shortly after I returned Stefan & Emily got up & went out for a run themselves. I spent my time in the pool, & they joined me when they returned. The sun was out in force & it was nice to spend sometime out in it.
The three of us decided to head to the mini golf that I wasn't able to compete the night before. This was great fun in the sun, & the course took about an hour and a half to complete. When we came back we spent more time in the pool enjoying the sunshine. Once the weather turned we moved inside & out some music on in the garage. We alternated showering with playing pool & fuseball.
Universal City Walk was our destination for dinner. My mother decided she wanted to try Valet parking as she had not done it before.
Pat O'Brien's here is based on their establishment in New Orleans. We were seated near the stage, on which to performs took turns singing requests while playing the piano. Stefan & I opted for Alicia Keys Empire State of Mind. The guy who sang performed the rap segments very well. The crawfish ettouffe I had for dinner was very good. The two signature cocktails including the Hurricane were strong but sweet.
We opted to head home after dinner rather than stay out with a big day planned for Sunday.
