Let´s just face it- when being away from home you sometimes start to miss the food you love. Or you start to think that you love the food but you can´t quite remember. And when it´s rather cold inside it´s a great idea to make rice porridge. So after going on a bit of a quest to find a rice that could substitute the norwegian stuff I ended up with risotto rice! Which turned out really good. We´re gonna make it a regular sunday dinner, I think. Who ever is around Adelaide is more than welcome to join us for the next porridge feast!

When it comes to burning calories in this town-one is required to run. Or walk-as me and my flatmate happens to end up doing. (check the photo...) Apart from that we se live music-like last nights great performance by a band called Lowrider. Real nice! These young guys from Adelaide with enough soul to let us believe they were 20 years older. At least! And the lead singer. mmm-a guy with tons of soul and a fantastic voice!

I called the guy with the BMW and said we weren´t gonna buy it. The thought was tempting, yes indeed. But, there´r the money issue. SO indeed I told him we were interested in the job! This lady will call me in a day or two... Keep our fingers crossed!
