Drove from the side of Eyre Highway "P" sleep spot after a very rough night's sleep I must say! Hugging onto Tenille just so I wouldn't end up sleeping on a very hard Nullarbor floor. It did make us get up very early though, Sach was up and had a fire lit already at +-6:30 I think! Cold and frost on all surfaces, no wonder it was such a freezy feeling night, I do not believe I slept too many winks. We did not end up seeing too many things other than the roadhouse...

A beautiful day amidst the dunes. The sun has come out, thank goodness, and the tent is slowly drying. Lots to clean up this morning, sand and water everywhere. Breakfast and later down to the surf beach, Sach had a bit of a fish and the girls ran around like crazy things and I even got to start reading a book. Up & at it – about 8am we had coffee, girls got their breakfast & we started to pack down. Met a cat at the toilet and the girls were pretty pleased, especially Tenille. Another wet night – it poured again! In the morning we woke up with water & sand covering the front annex of our tent – a biiigg mess!
