Busy morning keeping abreast of the Olympics on the TV and doing a bit of shopping for food.
Went by Tube to Somerset House for lunch on the Terrace and did the Exhibitions of Tudor house, Fifty Years of The Rolling Stones and Brazil previewing the next Olympics. They had a hang glider arrangement you could sit in and steer over a 3D Rio. Quite alarming!!
Walked through Temple Gardens to Middle Temple and found the Netherlands cycling team set up so Ian had a go!
In the evening over to Nottingham Hill to Ss flat and he took us out for a very nice Italian.
