Back to the grindstone Saturday morning where I had to make 2 sales before I was allowed to go home. Managed to make them and hit my target for the week so I went home early doing my groceries and a spot of retail therapy on the way back to the hostel. The day after visiting 'Wet n Wild' was spent on Surfer's beach topping up the tan.. roasting hot sunshine!! Early start again on the bus from Byron Bay.. only an hours drive up to Surfers Paradise. Arrived at 0830 minus the hours time difference. Have great first impressions of this place.. very Miami like, much more going on and a much better vibe than lazy Byron. Hostel is directly opposite Surfers tallest building.. the Q1. Apparently has stunning views across to Byron Bay from the top viewpoint so I may venture up later today. Had some breakfast in a local cafe...
