Day 75 Wed June 7th Raining hard in Sydney, so grateful to be on the 3 hour flight northward back to the Whitsunday Islands. This time rather than sailing I will be staying on Hamilton Island. The flight was very smooth until some huge turbulence just before landing. Arrived late afternoon and weather a bit overcast but much better than Sydney's :o) Changed rooms to get an excellent view of the bay from the 9th floor, but have been told to keep the patio doors shut otherwise the cockatoos & paraquets get in and trash your room looking for food. Ate out at a really great sea food restaurant.
