Day 36 Sat 29th April - Lay in until 8am before full day wine tour to 1. Vina Bisquertt, 2. Horse drawn tour of Viu Manent tasting wines directly from the barrel, lunch then 3. The most beautiful winery I have ever been to at Montes....see pics, they have spent $7.5m on creating a Feng Shui building for making their wines, with a tasting gallery overlooking the mountains and classical music in their barrel store, it is amazing and the wines were fab too. I need a lay down now before dinner as have to recover before my transfer back to Santiago tomorrow and then flight to New Zealand - ciao x
