We visited Rye today on our way to camber sands.

It's a beautiful town with a rich history. Lila was scared and couldn't stay in the presentation at the heritage centre, but loved walking up the cobbled "mermaid street".

We also found an amazing Italian place called S! Or simply Italian. Well worth a visit for that alone.
