Today we climbed "butterfly mountain" in Faerie Glen. Okay, so that's not its real name, but Mark couldn't remember what it was called so the kids renamed it. We're leaving Pretoria today and heading back to Sandton. Today we went to a lion park! It was so much fun. We got to pet the lion cubs and feed giraffe. We drove round the game area and had fun on the bouncy castles. We'd watched the lion king the day before and were surprised when Elisha told me this morning that it had helped her to "believe" in lions. Turns out she had relegated them to the same status as dragons and fairies. She's now trying to decide if she "believes" in elephants having touched a real lion. ...

We've been with Auntie Gemma and Uncle Mark for a few days now and we're having such a wonderful time. Their house is amazing, with a really beautiful garden and the children are enjoying spotting wildlife and playing with their new puppy. We've been in South Africa for two days now and we're having a fantastic time. The first part of this adventure starts in Stanton with Matt's auntie and uncle.
