Eeeehhhhhhh!!! It's hard to get things done in India, firstly there's the heat. Everything is at a lull from 1am 'til about 4 so it's a bad time to go to shops or get a bus etc. As well the heat is physically tiring, I tend to feel ready for bed once the sun's gone down. It's been a day of talking today, we had a meeting with Prakash our partner this morning which covered; pacing out the boundary of the restaurant (large), suppliers, running a postal service, chess, chefs and napkins. We should have the first work - a raised seating platform - finished in four days and the restaurant "tent" and floor in ten days. Nearly the end... or is it...? Hello once more from Anjuna in North Goa. We arrived back at Paulina and Erwin's Guesthouse last night, to the same happy welcome - the family exclaiming over how tanned we are, as we were a lovely white colour three weeks ago. It's odd, Indians value white skin while we're desperately seeking suntans. We've got a different room, slightly bigger but the bed is smaller! This is our last night in Palolem, tomorrow we're hopefully staying in Panjim, the capital of Goa and then back to Anjuna for our last 5 days in India. Well, I was hoping to post a few of the pictures of Hampi that I've taken since we arrived at 7am this morning (after a not very restful night-coach from Goa.)
