As previously mentioned we had rocked up into the chilled out beach town of Mui Ne. 5 nights were on the cards, but we had left Hoi An wishing we'd have stayed for 1 more...never mind though we live and learn, maybe next time around! After a couple of days in Hue staying at the excellent Orchid Hotel (cheers ma n pa for the recommendation) and checking out the history of the city including the impressive citadel, beautiful pagoda (meeting the monks) and huge tomb of Emperor Tu Duc (hoping to meet Lara Croft), it was time to visit the place that everyone says "you have to visit when in Vietnam" - the little town of Hoi An.
