Started out around 9 am along the SH 1 at Oamaru stopped to look around the town, very pretty. Visited the old quarter near the docks and walked around the harbour to the Blue Penquin Colony. We saw the nesting boxes . Dave took a lovely photo of one hiding under the walkway, special thanks to the guide for her help. Around the corner we saw a basking seal . On then to the Moeraki Boulders another scenic beach area. Turned off main highway to visit Aramoana Conservation Reserve. High up on the hillside stunning views on the way back down arrived Dunedin . Busy city eventually found camp site Aaron Lodge Kaikorai Valley .Picture from hillside above Dunedin
