Rained all night and was still chucking it down in the morning, sorry we had parked so far away from the showers ! All our plans to walk in the near by forest went out the window, we packed up and decided to drive inland to Reefton. On the way stopped at Dobson site of the Bunner coal mine established around 1800 also saw the start of the Buller River.
